Disclaimer & Returns

All of my items are handmade from reclaimed materials. This means that each piece will have a unique appearance and some imperfections, which add to its rustic character. Items will be made to look as close as possible to any pictures seen on this site or on my social media accounts but wont be 100% identical.

All items should be securely fixed at the customers' own risk. I would advise using screws and plugs that are appropriate for the surface you are attaching the item to. AtelierGallois cannot be held liable for any damage to you or your property by inadequate fixings. If in doubt, seek professional advice.

Returns Policy

All items collected in person should be inspected for any damage at the time of collection.  If any items sent via post/courier arrive damaged, please contact me within 24 hours to advise. I will require photographic evidence of any damage and request you return the item at your own cost within 14 calendar days of delivery. If the item is deemed to be faulty, postage will be refunded and, where possible, a replacement item will be sent. If this is not possible, a refund will be given.
